The exhibitor tables will be set up in the foyer of the Grand Center Building: look at on our SSTESOL www page at https://sunshinestatetesol.wildapricot.org/page-1075613 or on the UT wwwsite:  https://www.ut.edu/campus-life/residence-life/grand-center-residence-hall 

Exhibitors can set up between 5pm and 7pm on Friday evening 14th November. The SSTESOL Board will be in the Grand Center Building setting up the registration table at the same time and also on Saturday morning from 7am onwards.

Exhibitors can select their tables on a first come first serve basis (see map below for details of table placements). The following is a short intro video of the Grand Center. There is a car park directly in front of the Grand Center Building, so any exhibitor can park there and carry their boxes of resources straight from car to set up tables if so desired.

Conference presentation rooms will be in the Grand Center (#37 on map), Sykes Building (#58), GHS Building (#40a) and the Sykes Chapel (#57). All 4 buildings surround the Sykes Plaza and Ars Sonora (bell tower #59). Aside from the parking spaces immediately in front of the Grand Center Building, there is also undercover parking available in the Thomas Garage.

The exhibitor tables are 3' x 7', please bring your company table cover so that your table has coverage. SSTESOL will also black table covers available. 

Please note the the Grand Center is also a building that students reside in. On Friday night and Saturday night, we suggest that additional sheets are brought to cover your materials at your table. The building is locked and security guards do monitor all buildings during the night.

The SSTESOL Conference closes at 1pm on Sunday 16th November. The business meeting starts at 12:15 on Sunday, so anytime after 12pm is a good time to disassemble your materials.
